Simon York Car Sales is owned by Simon York and was founded in 1994.

We are a family run business that runs alongside our general repairs workshop and MOT testing centre called Scotton Garage, also located in Linger field (near Knaresborough). Scotton Garage is also owned by Simon York.

We have all types of vehicles in stock from super cars to cheap run arounds as well as vans, motorbikes, mopeds and quad bikes.

Our stock is always changing and is massively varied, no matter what your need, get in touch and see if we have something that may suit you as the vehicle you are after may not be advertised, may be awaiting transport or valeting.

Having Scotton Garage on site enables us to offer MOT’s, servicing and general repairs as well as a sales service.

All of our cars are HPI clear and come with a pre-sale service and a full valet with relevant MOT’s and warrantys. (Unless otherwise stated or shown as a clearance car)

We often have spare handbooks, guides and other documents for many different types and models of vehicles, similarly we regularly break cars for parts and may have the part you are after so get in touch to see if we can help or browse our Ebay listings.

Stock changes day by day so it is advised to contact us first, before coming down to see us to minimise the chance of having a wasted journey. We keep our cars on site and they can be seen in our fully lit show room or outside on our flood lit forecourt.
We have superb transport links and connections. We are less than 10 miles from junction 47 of the A1 motorway and we are close by to local bus and train stations so we are nice and easy to get to.

Most of our cars are shown on Auto trader and Ebay classified advertisements as well as our own website.

We predominantly deal in the Harrogate, Ripon, York and Leeds area however we can offer delivery services all over the UK at very competitive prices. We regularly deliver to London, Birmingham, Derby and Scotland so get in touch for a no obligation quote.
